Senior Game Designer
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining the game design and game play experience throughout the development cycle
- Design and develop genre-advancing gameplay mechanics and to work with the rest of the design team on creating fun and innovative gameplay experiences
- You will also be responsible for motivating the team to accomplish their goals of shipping AAA quality titles on time and on budget
Requirements
- A passionate gamer, with years of gameplay design experience
- 3+ years of game design experience
- Strong desire and drive to develop cutting edge AAA titles
- Worked on at least one triple-A title from start to finish
- Excellent creative and innovative game design skills
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
- Demonstrate solid writing skills - possess the ability to clearly and concisely define game areas and feature sets.
- Strong knowledge of game and level design theory/principles
- Ability to mentor other designers
- Have a good understanding of the game market, can analyze competitive products to identify key strengths and weaknesses
- Ability to work in a team efficiently and with diplomacy under pressure
- Must be eligible to work in the US
Additional Knowledge
- Experience in multiple game genres and platform development (Xbox360, PS3 or high-end PC)
- Detailed knowledge of all aspects of game production
- Design experience on extreme sports games a bonus
- Knowledge of design tools (like Visio or 3D modeling programs) an asset
- Proven ability in another discipline e.g. scripting or programming a plus

Level Designer
Responsibilities
- The Level Designer is skilled in the creation of game levels and character based gameplay scenarios
- You will be responsible for contributing to level concept, layout, implementation (camera, entity, etc.), prototype modeling, scenario creation, event scripting, and gameplay tuning
- As part of the design team, you are also expected to contribute to general game design, as well as cooperate with all other facets of game production (programming, environment/world art and animation)
Requirements
- Passion for developing and playing video games
- Strong desire and drive to develop cutting edge AAA titles
- Demonstrate solid writing skills - possess the ability to clearly and concisely define game areas and feature sets.
- Worked on at least one game title in a level designer role
- Have a good understanding of the game market, can analyze competitive products to identify key strengths and weaknesses.

- 3D app experience
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
Additional Knowledge
- Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus

Animator
Responsibilities
- Animate dynamic, believable and appealing characters for both in-game and cut scene environments
- Be able to take responsibility for an animation or cinematic and see it through to completion in a timely manner at the highest quality possible
- Clearly communicate your progress to your supervisor, and work with that individual to achieve dynamic, believable, and appealing animation
Requirements
- 2+ years of character animation for games
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of traditional animation
- Able to work in team environments, and be able to share knowledge
- Ability to take direction, and both give and receive critiques on animation
- Understanding of human anatomy
- Passion for animation and gaming
- Ability to take initiative
- Must be eligible to work in the USA
Additional Knowledge
- Basic understanding of character creation (model, texture, rig)
- Knowledge of Motion Builder and/or XSI with and without Motion Capture animation an asset

Rendering Engineer
Responsibilities
- Create systems that achieve game design goals
- Create technology that is re-usable and adaptable for future projects
- Work with artists and engineers to create cutting edge graphics technology for PS3 and Xbox 360. This includes post processing effects, lighting models, and special effects
- Provide platform specific optimizations and enhancements to an existing code base
- Work with tools programmers to build consistent pipelines customized for the target platforms
- Write and/or maintain technical documentation
- Participate in Design and Code Reviews
- Work with external technology as needed
Requirements
- BS in CS, EE or equivalent professional experience
- 3 years programming experience with experience working on at least 1 shipped title for the Xbox360 and/or PS3
- Strong knowledge of C/C++
- 3D Graphics API experience (DirectX and GCM)
- Shader programming experience (HLSL/CGFX)
- Experience with complex graphical algorithms
- Familiarity with console graphics hardware
- Experience with code optimization on console hardware
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong 3D math skills

Release Engineer
The Release Engineer will take charge of and improve upon our existing build system by extending and streamlining functionality to facilitate the QA process throughout the entire development of the game. They will also be in charge of building the game disk ISO on a weekly basis for external and internal QA review.

- Participate in Code/Build Reviews
